Fleur really enjoys clarifying the client’s financial position and translating it into achievable life goals and dreams for the future. She works with the client to choose the scenario that suits them best and offers step-by-step guidance in achieving their goals. Sometimes it may be a more concrete goal, like advising on and brokering a mortgage, while other times, it may be less concrete, like figuring out when the client can retire abroad.
She previously worked in the hospitality industry in Amsterdam, had a job as a secretary in financial services and also followed a study at HES: Financial Services Management. “The caring aspect of secretary work, making people feel at ease, as I learned in the hospitality industry, and the professional knowledge of school, I can combine well in my position at Poundwise.”
