Lisa studied Financial Service Management at Utrecht University of Applied Sciences. And before joining Poundwise, she worked as a customer advisor at an insurance company. “What I love about the work is the gratitude of clients when you can solve something for them. I started working at Poundwise because for me, as a consultant, personal contact and a long-term relationship with the customer is a priority. Being able to switch quickly with the different divisions to be able to give the client complete advice. The one-stop-shop concept makes Poundwise slightly different from other advisory firms. Meanwhile, I was able to successfully complete the Certified Financial Planner course, which enables me to provide total advice to our clients.”
