Personal contact and a lasting relationship with the customer is paramount
I studied Financial Service Management at the Hogeschool Utrecht. And before I joined Poundwise I worked as a customer advisor at an insurance company. What I love about the job is the gratitude of customers when you can solve something for them. I started working at Poundwise because as a consultant, personal contact and a sustainable relationship with the customer are paramount. Being able to switch quickly with the different departments in order to be able to give the customer complete advice. What I like about Poundwise is the one-stop-shop concept which makes Poundwise just that little bit different. My ambition is to grow into a financial planner. Not only looking at one part of the advice, but being able to offer a total overview in all areas. At Poundwise I get the opportunity to do this.
