After years of supporting our mortgage advisors, Ursula was ready for a new challenge. Because we value career opportunities at Poundwise, she was able to grow into a management assistant. Ursula has always been ready to help and she’s making full use of those talents now. She does her part by working on the big picture. Not only does she support management (particularly around HR), improving processes and optimising how we use our CRM system are at the top of her to-do list. She also provides an attentive listening ear for everyone in the workplace. In her uniquely sunny and cheerful way, she makes sure we can provide even better service to our existing clients and a warm welcome to new clients.
