I am very grateful to Glenn Rack, at Poundwise, who has supported me through a much needed mortgage change and has been very patient and understanding in explaining everything to me. I feel I have a much better grasp of my own financial situation now and am less anxious about the future as a result. I have also found the insurance and tax return services very professional and attentive. I will certainly return for financial support from members of staff at Poundwise in the future.
