Most of our daily worries are of a personal nature, they concern our relationships, work, family of friends. Rarely we have to deal with an acute crises, national or mondial. This affects us all. At times like this, the world around us suddenly seems unstable and we are united in fear. Even now, and perhaps more than ever, Poundwise is ready for its clients to assist them in these uncertain times.
Because of the many (personal) contact moments with our clients, we are forced to draw up a protocol. Poundwise Financial Coaching will continue to observe the guidelines of the Dutch Public Health Service, RIVM, with respect to the Corona Virus. In this way we hope to prevent further proliferation of the virus.
Due to the stricter RIVM policy that has now come into effect, Poundwise has specified the implications for appointments, clients, visitors to the office and employees. These are given below.
1. Appointments, clients
In principle we minimize the number of appointments at the office. Appointments already scheduled only take place when strictly necessary. Please do not bring others, such as parents or children. Other appointments will take place via video call or by telephone.
2. Visitors to our office
In order to prevent the further proliferation of the Corona Virus, we expect people visiting our office to also observe the government’s guidelines. This means that if you are experiencing any symptoms of the cold, have a cough, sore throat or fever, you are kindly requested not to come to our office and contact us so that we can make further arrangements.
At our office, we also ask that you observe the guidelines and refrain from shaking hands, to wash your hands regularly and cough/sneeze into your elbow.
All Poundwise employees observe the guidelines (see below). Due to the sheer scale of the current situation regarding this virus, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any negative health consequences following a visit to our office, although we are making every effort to limit the risks.
In accordance with the government appeal, all our employees are working from home and must remain at home if they display any symptoms of the flu or cold. This is in line with the RIVM guidelines. Employees working from home can be reached via our central telephone number, your call will be put through. Employees can also be reached via their office email address.
This information will be updated on our website should any new guidelines come into effect. You are therefore kindly requested to consult the website regularly if you have an appointment scheduled with us in the weeks ahead.
Sound advice is especially important during these uncertain times. Which is why we will remain at your service, and are ready to help you with any questions you may have.
